Very deep crimson mauve colour with mauve purple hue.The nose is appealing, with notes of spice, plum, blackberry and vanilla emerging followed by a hint of liquorice.The palate has good weight, with flavours of plum, vanilla and stewed fruit emerging, followed by hint of liquorice.Fine grained tannins.Aftertaste of stewed fruit.
