The Quandong Farm is the show pieceof the Paxton grape growing empire. It is on this vineyard that experimentaltrials are made which are then incorporated into the general PaxtonEstates. The claim is that this wine made itself! The wine was made usingindigenous yeast and was not fined or filtered.

Very deep almost opaqueblack purple colour with black purple hue. Aroma of plum, dark chocolate, liquorice allsorts and violets.Mouthfilling palate with flavours of plum and spice over blackberry and dark chocolate. Fine grained tannins,perfect balance with long aftertaste of spice, violet infusions and confectionary.
