According to winemaker Peter Dredge, ‘Chardennui’ is the “not so normal” Chardonnay in his wide range of Chardies. But, just like normal, it delivers up interest and deliciousness in spades. It comes from a blend of fruit from three different vineyards across the Tamar Valley and East Cost regions of Tasmania, with the fruit all foot-stomped and partially fermented on skins. It even has a dash of Riesling thrown in!All in all this is fresh, fun and flavour-packed Chardonnay, but get in quick as it won’t be around for long.
