The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Blue Dog comes from both Sonoma and Napa counties. It reveals a deep purple hue as well as a lifted nose of spice, blue fruits, cassis, scorched earth, and spicy oak. Rich and medium-bodied, with good concentration, this is just a chewy, rich, mouth-filling wine with enough tannins to warrant a year or so of bottle age.
