Agrapart & Fils Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature Grand Cru Experience 2014 750ml

A creamy nose with light toffee and spiced, lemon-scented biscuits. Dried flowers, too. The palate is round and ripe with concentrated, flavorsome, yellow stone fruit. Bright, crisp finish with lingering pear flavor. A rich expression here. Juice from the subsequent harvest is added to make the second fermentation, using natural yeasts both for the first and second fermentation. 100 per cent fermented in barrel. Drink or hold.
