GROWING SEASON
Harvest date October 5. 2024 was an excellent vintage. A dry spell from early August through harvest allowed to harvest these grapes in optimal condition. Hand harvested in pristine condition, loose clusters, thick skin.
WINEMAKING
- Whole cluster pressing
- Very clear juice after cold settling
- Fermentation in stainless steel tank at low temperature ( 14 C)
- Aged on fine lees until spring
- Bottled in August 2025
ANALYSIS
- Alcohol: 13.1%
- Residual sugar: <2 g/l
- Total acidity: 6.7 g/l, pH 3.1
