Amor Mío Blanco is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, bottled unaged to capture the fresh, vibrant character of the plant. Amor Mío is known for its beautifully decorated bottles, but the blanco is all about the liquid: crystal clear with silvery glints and a nose full of agave.
The aroma shows agave, mint, mandarin orange, and plum, and the palate is dominated by cooked agave and mint with touches of citrus and pineapple, finishing clean and crisp at 40% ABV. The distillery recommends pairing it with ceviche, grilled fish, steak tartare, or salmon carpaccio, or simply enjoying it as an aperitif. It also makes an exceptional Margarita or Paloma. This 750 ml bottle is a premium blanco with real personality.
