Aperture Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is a rich, polished Sonoma County red made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon grown on mineral-rich volcanic hillside vineyards. It combines concentrated black fruit with powdery tannins, refreshing acidity and a long, elegant finish. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak and concrete and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
