Production Details
Aged in casks under a layer of yeast known as the flor, using the traditional Solera system within the old cathedral style cellars of Barbadillo. This unique aging process gives this wine its distinctive flavor. Estate bottled by Bodegas Barbadillo, producers of the finest sherries since 1821.
