A blended Peruvian pisco (Acholado) from Bodega San Isidro, a century-old distillery in the Ica Valley of Southern Peru. Built on a Quebranta backbone (approximately 65-70%) for body and structure, layered with Italia and Torontel grapes for aromatic intensity — capturing the body of Quebranta with the floral character of the aromatic varieties. Naturally fermented with native yeasts, then single-distilled to proof and bottled without any additives, dilution, or wood aging, per strict Peruvian pisco regulations.
Nose: Ripe vine and orchard fruit with nice floral and citrus notes, complemented by pastry notes.
Palate: The fruit is amplified — hints of caramel, spices, and pecans.
Finish: Soft and delicate, long.
ABV: 41.3% (82.6 Proof)
