93-96 A very spicy nose is beautifully layered if more restrained while the gorgeously textured, dense and palate staining broad-shouldered flavors display outstanding length on the complex, powerful and impeccably well-balanced finale. This is superb and if you can find it, and have the patience to cellar it, don’t hesitate. Note that my projected initial drinking window is based on the large format bottling.
