Bittercube Root Beer Bitters are part of the small-batch, handmade Bittercube range developed in Milwaukee and produced in Madison, Wisconsin, using only raw roots, barks, fruits, spices, and herbs, never extracts or oils. They are made to complement barrel-aged spirits, with an earthy, dark flavor and complex notes of citrus and herbs that balance the bold spice of anise and cinnamon.
The result tastes like an old-fashioned soda fountain in a dasher bottle. A few dashes elevate a bourbon or rye Old Fashioned, a rum and cola, a Manhattan, an aged tequila cocktail, or a bourbon float. They are also a fun addition to a hot toddy or a coffee cocktail. One bottle seasons dozens of drinks and makes a great gift for a whiskey lover with a sweet tooth.
