Elegant and fresh rosé with flavourful aromas of intense red fruits and floral hints. Ideal for aperitifs, fish, light meals and rice, as well as stews and red meat.
Winery Notes: The best Bobal variety grapes from our vineyards are carefully selected to produce this Organic Rosé wine. The grapes undergo a period of cold maceration and are fermented at 16º. The must is then drawn off to preserve its full flavour.
