Boot Hill Red Eye Whiskey is a high-wheat Kansas bourbon — a pot-still mash bill of 51% corn and 49% hard red winter wheat, aged in number-3 charred barrels and bottled at 90 proof for a smooth, full-bodied character.
The high proportion of hard red winter wheat gives Red Eye a soft, rounded profile, while pot-still distillation and number-3 char add depth and complexity. Excellent neat or over ice.
