No, the Juice Fountain® Cold XL won’t actually chill your juice. But it is up to 5x faster than a ‘cold press’ machine, with no significant heat up.
Breville’s Cold Spin Technology™ produces a lot of juice quickly, but without creating the heat that can diminish nutrients and flavor. In fact, the bigger and faster Juice Fountain® Cold XL produces more nutrient-rich juice up to 5x faster than the typical “cold press” juicer with less than 1.8°F temperature transfer- an insignificant amount- to ensure the maximum nutrient and flavor retention.
Plus, it’s smart design and premium materials result in a juicer that’s very easy to clean. The Juice Fountain® Cold XL has variable speed settings, a huge 3.5″ chute that accepts more whole fruits and vegetables without the prep, and a titanium-reinforced cutting disk. The juicing chamber is set high and flows directly into a beautiful, 70 oz “Seal and Serve” Jug. The jug has a premium look and feel, with a sturdy open handle, lid, and measurement markings- it’s perfect for storing and serving.
Cleaning brush and removable spout nozzle that lets you juice directly to a glass are also included. The Breville Juice Fountain® Cold XL is backed by a manufacturer’s 1-year limited warranty. Measures 13.4″ l x 13.2″ w x 17.4″ h.
