Five fresh citrus peels go into every batch — Eureka lemon, Persian lime, Key lime, Navel orange, and kumquat — alongside hand-cracked juniper, lavender, cocoa nibs, coriander, orris, and angelica, over a 100% American corn base distilled in a small copper pot still in batches of about 300 bottles.
