California 101 Cider House Mosaic Perry 22oz

This is a palate pulverizer, a pear cider for the sour loving hop
head. We start with a blend of 100% fresh pressed pears, grown here on
the west coast. After three months of wild fermentation, we dry hop this
unfiltered Perry with a healthy dose of juicy Mosaic hops. Dank and
dry, yet fruity and fun. Get ready to crush your taste buds and explore a
whole new world of flavor.
