Calumet Farm Single Rack Black 14 Year Old is a premium Kentucky straight bourbon crafted in extremely small batches of just 19 barrels — all drawn from a single, center-cut rack in the ideal maturation position inside the rickhouse, and bottled non-chill filtered for added depth of character and color.
The single-rack approach is the defining feature: by selecting barrels from one center-cut rack rather than across the warehouse, Calumet Farm targets the most consistent and favorable aging conditions — the center of the rickhouse experiences more moderate temperature swings than the extremes. At 14 years, this is among the most mature expressions in the Calumet Farm lineup.
