Product Overview
Mezcal Cara a Cara is a project that promotes the sustainability of the community to which Master Mezcalero Bacilio Morales belongs. The label has specific data on what percentage of rainwater was used in each batch, as well as the percentage of groundwater that was preserved. The mouthfeel is creamy-what the region is know for-and has herbal and fruity notes with the earthy finish. Slight smoke but not overpowering.
