Casey Jones Cinnamon Cut Bourbon Whiskey comes out of Casey Jones Distillery in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, where a high-corn Kentucky straight bourbon is run through the distillery’s signature square copper pot stills before being infused with natural cinnamon, vanilla, and clove. This release is a collaboration with the Hopkinsville Fire Department, marking 125 years of service with a fire-truck label design.
The base spirit carries the rich, mellow character of a high-corn bourbon mash bill, layered with warm cinnamon and sweet heat, vanilla, and baked spice. Bottled at 62.5 proof, it drinks softer and sweeter than a standard bourbon, with cinnamon lingering through a subtle, pastry-like finish.
Its fire department tie-in and small-distillery pedigree make it a natural pickup for collectors of flavored whiskey and Kentucky craft distillery releases alike. Pair it with other Liquor Geeks flavored whiskey picks for a tasting flight, or add it to a gift order. Ships to most US states. Adult-signature required at delivery.
