Distilled in 1991, this Macallan expression matures for 32 long years in carefullyselected sherry oak casks as part of the exclusive Celebration of the Cask series. The nose delivers rich driedfruits, luxuriant darkcherry, golden sultanas, vanilla, cinnamon and subtle polishedoak notes. On the palate velvety darkberry jam, toffee, candiedorange and gentle woodspice unfold with an exceptionally silky texture formed over decades of maturation. It has a very longlasting finish with lingering driedfruit sweetness and warm sherryoak undertones.
