- Distilled from Hawaiian and Jamaican sugar cane syrup (not typical molasses) using a copper Alambic Charentais pot still.
- Aged extensively in two stages:
- ~5 years in stainless steel – lets the spirit develop body without much wood influence.
- ~3 years in used French oak barrels (ex‑Chardonnay), adding depth and complexity.
- Bottled at full barrel strength, uncut and unfiltered, with limited production released in small batches.
