The Garnacha Blanco is hand-harvested and, without maceration, gently pressed with stems before fermentation in concrete eggs. Aged on its lees for a full year before bottling
Bright, clean, and straw-yellow in color with a nose led by aromas of citrus and herbal scrub land. Cifras Blanco delivers a multidimensional palate that is fresh and accented with saline notes and hints of butter from the lees aging. Long, full-bodied, and deliciously unctuous
