Aromas of wild strawberries, rosewater, raspberry coulis, and watermelon abound. Complex palate layers with an elegant focused acidity are well balanced by a savoury texture and rich flavours of brioche and crème brûlée. A vibrant and lingering dry finish, set against the schist-driven minerality for which Coal Pit is renowned.
