LOIRE VALLEY, FRANCE
A note from the winemaker: Aromas of acacia flowers and almond paste, then slightly spicy when oxygenated with a hint of white pepper and ginger bread. Persistent chalky notes in the finish mingle with candied orange peel. Rich and round mouthfeel with flavors of chestnut cream and mirabelle plum. Enhanced by delicate bitterness carrying to a mineral finish.
