Crown Royal Black is an extraordinarily rich and flavorful blended whisky, matured to perfection in charred oak barrels. Artfully crafted to a higher proof by their team of master blenders, the result is a full-bodied flavor, rich texture and a smooth finish that is unmistakably Crown Royal. Remarkably versatile, utilize Crown Royal Black in your favorite whisky-forward cocktail or experiment with ginger beer, cola or sweet vermouth to create your next master concoction! The higher proof (90pf) and barrel aging add a bit more depth and heft in the palate when compared to the equally tasty regular Crown Royal.
Tasting Notes:
Nose – Rich oak with sweet maple notes.
Palate – Creamy, ‘velvety’, dried fruit notes (fig).
Finish – Deeper bourbon style notes and with an unmistakable Crown Royal finish.
