Dansk Mjod Ribe Mjod

Made of honey added water, porse and apple. The recipe is made in collaboration with Ribe Viking Centre, and apple juice has been added to the mead to highlight a sense of fruit and give mead slightly more acid in addition to the sweetness from the honey.
