The 2023 Spätburgunder is bright, fresh and fruity on the nose, reminiscent of cherries, red Jell-O and hints of toast and earth. Fresh and crystalline on the palate, this is a light and tart, dry and savory Pinot that is wonderfully refreshing, especially if chilled a bit. 13% stated alcohol. Screw-cap closure. Tasted in July 2025.
