David Leclapart Champagne Blanc de Noirs Pas Dose Premier Cru l’Astre 2013 750ml

This blanc de noirs is almost celebratory with its bright red fruits on the nose and exotic spicy accents. There’s a layer of dried-rose perfume, too. The palate’s more smoky, savory and has a wealth of cherry-fruit flavors. It manages to play savory spices beautifully into pristine lively fruit, combining great balance and finally an energetic finish.
