Primarily vinified in stainless steel, it delivers a fragrant bouquet of nashi pear, cherry, honeysuckle and white peach. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and concentrated yet taut and incisive, with a vivid core of fruit, mouthwatering acidity and a sapid finish. Excluding his most successful single-parcel bottlings, this may be Dehours’s most harmonious non-vintage cuvée this year.
