Romano Levi Grappa Bianca comes from the legendary distillery in Neive, Piedmont, made famous by Romano Levi, the “angelic grappa maker” who distilled in a wood-fired still for more than 60 years and hand-drew every label until his death in 2008; the distillery continues his methods today. Grappa Bianca is the unaged expression, distilled from the pomace of Langhe grapes and bottled clear at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The aroma is clean and vibrant, with fresh florals, subtle fruit, herbs and a gentle earthiness.
