CHABLIS, BURGUNDY, FRANCCE
Stainless steel fermentation gives this wine a light and refreshing, balanced style with hints of lemon & tart Granny Smith apples. Yes it shows a nice roundness as well that balances out the acidity. A great small producer that focuses on quality over quantity in production.
