Etter Kirsch AOP Cherry Brandy Edelweiss is a 750ml, 41% ABV Swiss cherry eau-de-vie from Etter Söhne, the family distillery founded in Zug in 1870. Zuger Kirsch holds protected AOP status, and Etter is one of its most respected producers, distilling only fully ripe Swiss cherries from local orchards in small copper stills.
The Edelweiss bottling is crystal clear and intensely aromatic, with ripe cherry, marzipan and a delicate floral note, finishing clean, dry and warming. Serve it chilled in a small glass after dinner, add it to fondue the traditional way, or use it in a cherry-forward cocktail.
