A blend of 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec, 6% Cabernet Franc, 6% Petit Verdot, and 5% Merlot, the 2022 Trésor opens with aromas of cedar, molasses, cola, cassis, and a hint of clove. The palate is full, with silky tannins adding depth to layers of plum jam and toasty dried cherry scones.
JAMES SUCKLING 93 POINTS – “A Bordeaux-style blend that’s a classic for this winery, so lush, opulent and polished. Relaxed velvety tannins, blueberries, black cherries, dark chocolate, spearmint and graphite. Full-bodied, based on 73% cabernet sauvignon, with a soft but solid texture, deep fruit and a lingering finish. Drink now or hold.”
