EMILIA-ROMAGNA, ITALY
A lovely, deep hue of ruby red. When pouring this it is simply stunning! Small bubbles and dry, which makes this a perfect Italian slightly effervescent red. Dry with notes of black cherry, raspberry and plum! The Fiorini estate was founded in 1919 and has been in the same family for three generations. It is made mostly of Grasparossa di Castelvetro.
