Description: This small-batch expression is made using a meticulous hand-blending method that I developed. While mass-produced brands can’t taste every barrel, I’m committed to keeping Small Batch Forbidden to 50 barrels or fewer—what I consider to be the true essence of a small-batch product. It’s proofed at exactly 95.2 to deliver a smooth, approachable profile that appeals to both seasoned bourbon enthusiasts and newcomers.
