Foursquare Rum Distillery Penultimus 15 Year Single Blended Rum – 750ml
Crafted in Barbados at the renowned Foursquare Rum Distillery, Penultimus is a distinguished release from the Exceptional Cask Selection series, showcasing the brand’s uncompromising approach to traditional rum-making.
This 15-year-old single blended rum is a masterful combination of pot and column still distillates, delivering both depth and balance. A unique dual-maturation process sets Penultimus apart: a portion of the blend is aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon casks before spending an additional 5 years in rare Spanish Moscatel wine casks—bringing a refined sweetness and layered complexity—while another component matures entirely in ex-bourbon barrels for the full 15 years.
Bottled without added sugar, coloring, or filtration, this expression reflects Foursquare’s commitment to authenticity and purity.
