Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur is a 750ml, 40-proof Italian liqueur made in Canale in the Piedmont region and instantly recognizable by its monk-shaped bottle, a nod to the Christian monks who first crafted liqueurs in the area centuries ago. It is made from aromatic Tonda Gentile hazelnuts, toasted and infused, then combined with coffee, cocoa and vanilla distillates and extracts.
The result is a golden liqueur that is sweet yet balanced, with rich toasted hazelnut, chocolate and vanilla. Sip it neat or on the rocks, add it to coffee or hot chocolate, or mix a Frangelico sour, a Nutty Irishman or a hazelnut espresso martini.
