Freemark Abbey 2013 Napa Valley Chardonnay
The Napa Valley Chardonnay was crafted without going through secondary fermentation. This accentuated the natural acidity and bright fruit flavors of Chardonnay. Fermentation was in a combination of stainless steel and small French oak barrels to create a creamy texture framed by crisp acidity.
