Breaking Bourbon: cinnamon, allspice, black raspberry, pear, and cherry cola on the nose; allspice and cinnamon leading into leather, barrel char, stone fruit, cherry, caramel, tobacco, and nuttiness on the palate; and a finish of intense spice, char, dry cherry, baking chocolate, and warm lingering heat — more balanced than some past years.
