Blackadder Glen Moray 31 Year Old 1990/2021, Cask 4563, Single Malt Scotch Whisky, was independently bottled by Blackadder as Raw Cask Statement Edition No. 40. Distilled in May 1990 and bottled in May 2021 after 31 years of maturation in a single cask, it was released at cask strength without chill filtration or without addition of any colouring. The Raw Cask series also tends to have natural cask sediment since the whisky is not heavily filtered.
