Product Overview
GlenAllachie 10 Year is aged in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, Rioja barriques and virgin oak casks. Each cask was personally selected and blended by Master Distiller Billy Walker. The color is a deep mahogany and on the nose the honey, dried fruit, and spices are followed by orange peel, chocolate, and molasses. The palate has the dark chocolate, figs, more honey with raisins, spices, and hints of the orange zest.
