Bottled at 86 proof, it pours deep amber and offers vivid strawberry, raspberry and gooseberry with grenadine, fig, sultana and milk chocolate on the nose, then a palate of red fruit, tea-leaf earthiness, pepper, chili and ginger spice with citrus and gentle wood, finishing with zesty citrus and herbal oak.
