Origin & Maturation
- Region: Highland, Crieff, Perthshire, Scotland
- Cask Profile: 12 years aging in carefully chosen American oak, European oak, Oloroso and Pedro Ximnez sherryseasoned casksfewer than 60 casks per release for consistent quality
- Crafting: Nonchillfiltered, natural colour, bottled at 46.4% ABV to preserve full flavour depth
Tasting Profile
- Colour: Luminous warm copper
- Nose: Caramelised citrus, vanilla, cinnamon, plump raisins, dried apricot, toasted nut and subtle cedar
- Palate: Mediumfull, smooth and roundedsalted caramel, ginger, nutmeg, berry compote, dark chocolate and gentle toasted oak
- Finish: Long, warming, with lingering spice and dried fruit sweetness
- Serving: Enjoy neat or with a splash of spring water; pairs beautifully with roast venison, blue cheese, fruit cake or dark chocolate.
