Gonzlez Byass has revived the tradition of making red vermouth in the Sherry region from a classic family recipe that has been preserved in the winerys historic archives since 1896.
Based on the original recipe from the 19thcentury and the original label,La Copa is the return of a brand first registered by Gonzlez Byass in 1884.
A fine traditional red sherry vermouth, La Copa is produced from Oloroso and PX soleras over 8 years and a meticulous selection of botanicals, to achieve a bittersweet, aromatic balance. Enjoy it over ice or in classic cocktails like the Negroni.
