An 8 year old Highland Park, bottled by Gordon and MacPhail for the MacPahil’s collection. It matured in sherry butts and bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Toasted barley, slightly tart mango and vanilla.
Palate: A creamy dram, rich with red apples, nuts and a whiff of smoke.
Finish: Rather short.
Overall: Classic Highland Park. We wouldn’t say no.
