Hooten Young Petite Sirah Cask Finish is a limited-edition 6-year American whiskey finished in Suisun Valley Petite Sirah wine barrels, part of the veteran-founded brand’s Wine Barrel Whiskey Collection.
Hooten Young was founded by former Special Operations soldier Master Sgt. Norm Hooten and Tim Young as a tribute to the men and women of the armed forces. The whiskey is sourced from MGP in Indiana on the brand’s 99% corn mashbill. Master Sommelier George Miliotes finishes the 6-year whiskey for several months in Suisun Valley Petite Sirah barrels, merging the whiskey’s maple-and-cream base with lush blueberry and vanilla notes from the wine.
