Raw material: Pinot
Production method: artisanal distillation, in small lots, with a discontinuous copper still provided with steam pots
The enchanting beauty of a hillside vineyard in autumn.
Young Grappa, flowing-steam distilled.
Its aroma recalls a roses, lilies and gardenias bouquet.
PO Elegante (Elegant) clearly indicates the main feature of this Grappa, due to the grape marc of Pinot.
Thanks to the flowing-steam distillation, the aromas of the fermented grape must are transferred to Grappa, making it neat and gentle.
