It has a warm, inviting bouquet of quite plush red fruit plus a light marine scent in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-boned tannins, edgier than the Village Cru, with a spicier, black pepper and clove-tinged finish that lingers in the mouth. Good potential. Classy.
