King Floyd’s Small Batch Cardamom Bitters is a 100ml, 50% ABV bitters from King Floyd’s of Sonoma County, California, built around the warm, citrusy spice of green cardamom. Cardamom seeds are layered with bitter orange peel, cassia bark and gentian root and infused in a neutral spirit base.
The nose shows bright cardamom, soft citrus oils and subtle baking spice, and the palate reveals crisp spice, gentle bittering and herbal undertones that add depth without overwhelming. A few dashes bring elegant warmth to gin and whiskey cocktails, sodas, coffee drinks and even chocolate or nut-forward desserts.
